Shipping and returns

Where we ship

We ship across India. Every order is packed by hand in Gurugram.

How long it takes

Orders leave us within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days to metro cities and up to 7 working days elsewhere. You will receive tracking details by email when your order ships.

Charges

Shipping is complimentary above the amount shown in your bag. Below it, a flat shipping charge applies and is shown at checkout before you pay. If cash on delivery is offered, a small handling fee applies and is shown at checkout.

Returns

Because perfume oils are applied to skin, we can accept returns only of sealed, unopened flacons within 7 days of delivery. To start a return, email care@arkahouse.com with your order number.

Damaged or incorrect items

If anything arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Banks usually take 5 to 7 working days to show the amount.
